CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS UNDERWAY: NEW STAIRS

As part of the Bay Centre’s commitment to improving the shopper experience we are building new stairs connecting level 2 to level 3, and level 3 to level 4.

Completion of the new stairs is scheduled to be completed in fall 2024. Behind the scenes, our team is working hard to minimize disruption to our customers and our tenants. The Bay Centre sees over 6.5 million guests annually making this a critical investment into the property.

During this work, the observation elevators will be accessible at all times. Directional signs next to the elevators are available to guide you to alternate access routes throughout the property.

We apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that every effort is being made, on a daily basis, to minimize the impact to all. These upgrades are part of a multi-year, capital improvement program to improve safety and modernize the Bay Centre.
