  • Where can I use my Gift Card?
    Bay Centre Gift Card is redeemable at over 70 stores located in the shopping centre at 1150 Douglas Street in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Please be advised that the following Bay Centre retailers DO NOT accept our gift cards at this time: Bayshore Dental, BC Lottery Ticket Centre, Guest Services and Service Canada.  See the full listing of shops & services at the Bay Centre.
  • Does my Gift Card ever expire?
    While the funds on the Gift Card do not expire, the Bay Centre Gift Card is subject to Terms and Conditions. A copy of the Terms and Conditions is on the Cardholder Agreement accompanying the card. The Terms and Conditions include a maintenance fee. A nonrefundable $2.50 fee, plus applicable tax, will be deducted each month, starting 16 months after the card activation date. If requested by Cardholder in month 15, the 16 months will be extended to 19 months. We encourage you to use the full balance of the gift card prior to 16 months of activation.
  • Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
    The Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash at any time.
  • How do I use the Gift Card?
    The Gift Card can be used at any participating merchants located at the Bay Centre. Simply inform the merchant you will be using a Bay Centre Gift Card and they will know how to proceed.
  • What if I want to spend more than the card value?
    The Gift Card can usually be combined with another form of payment to complete a purchase. Be sure to notify the cashier before they process your purchase. Please note that some stores are not able to do a split payment transaction.
  • What happens if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
    Notify Guest Services as soon as possible. Lost or stolen Gift Cards may not be replaced without adequate proof of purchase (original Gift Card receipt) and the corresponding Gift Card number. Please note that if the Gift Card is lost or stolen there is the possibility of the card being used by someone other than yourself. We are not able to restore funds to the Gift Cards at any time.
  • What if I want to return items purchased with my Gift Card?
    Store returns will be subject to the retailer’s individual return policy.
  • What if I have additional questions about my Gift Card?
