GIFT CARDS

Why restrict a gift idea to a single store when the Bay Centre gift card can offer so much more? Streamline your gift giving and simplify life with a Bay Centre gift card – available in any denomination from $5 to $500.

For your convenience, you can purchase your Bay Centre gift card in person at Guest Services, located on the lower level next to the escalators, or online here.

FAMILY CARE

Bay Centre caters to every guest – including the little ones. Complimentary strollers are available at Guest Services for guest use on a first-come, first-serve basis. These strollers are not designed for children less than one year old. Parent Washrooms are available next to the washrooms on the lower level and in the food court.

In addition, the Bay Centre offers reserved parking to visitors with small children. Look for the Parent Parking signs featured near shopping centre entrances in the parkade.

Forgot a diaper? Don’t worry, infant supplies such as wet wipes and diapers are available at Guest Services.

WHEELCHAIRS

Complimentary wheelchairs are available at Guest Services for guest use on a first-come, first-serve basis.

LOST & FOUND

Did you forget something at the Bay Centre? We make every effort to reunite items found within the Bay Centre shopping centre with their owners. Please complete a Lost & Found claim form to notify the Lost & Found department.
