PARKING

As you plan your visit, know that there are many ways to get around Downtown. No matter what your mode of transportation, we have you covered in our underground parkade including; EV charging stations, complimentary bike racks and a secure bike cage all located in a well-lit enclosed underground parkade with competitive pricing that is patrolled by uniformed security.

The Bay Centre’s underground parkade is located off of View Street just west of our View Street entrance. Please note, the Bay Centre’s underground parkade clearance is 1.9 m or 6’2″. For directions to our underground parkade click here>>

BICYCLE RACKS & BIKE CAGE

The Bay Centre offers anchored bike racks in our well-lit enclosed parkade that are patrolled by uniformed security, offering a free secure locking station.

Secure bike cage parking with change room facilities are also available for $30/monthly. Please call 250-952-5680 for details.

ELECTRIC PARKING STATIONS

For the past ten years, the Bay Centre has been taking action and developing a more sustainable environment for our retailers and shoppers. The Bay Centre is pleased to offer four electric vehicle charging stations in our underground parkade.

EVO CAR SHARE

The Bay Centre is home to an Evo designated free parking spot.

Evo is one-way car sharing at its best. Just pick up your Evo hybrid car at the Bay Centre, keep it for as long as you want and end your trip by parking in any approved spot within the Home Zone.

To pick-up or drop-off your Evo car, enter the parkade and follow the Evo signs to the designated parking area. Learn more here>>

Free Parking Offer:
Effective June 8, 2026, enjoy free parking after 4 pm on weekdays in the Bay Centre’s underground parkade.

*Exclusions & limitations: For customers of Bay Centre only. First-come, first-serve. Drivers must register their vehicle at one of the three pay stations available onsite or through the Honk Mobile app to redeem offer.  Unauthorized users will be ticketed. Program subject to change.

Rates below apply outside of the above free parking offer.

 

Monday through Friday:

Free Parking after 4 pm

$2.75 per hour

$17.00 daily maximum charge

 

Saturday:

$2.75 per hour

$17.00 daily maximum charge

 

Sundays and holidays:

$2.75 per hour or $5.00 maximum daily charge until 7:00 pm
