At the Bay Centre, your security and life safety is our #1 priority. The Bay Centre provides a comprehensive and innovative security program staffed by experienced, well-trained and professional staff providing exceptional service while providing you with a safe, secure and enjoyable visit.
Services provided by the Security and Life Safety team include:
- Security foot patrols throughout the exterior and interior of the shopping centre 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Emergency first response for events such as medical aid. All Bay Centre security staff are certified in first aid, including CPR, Defibrillator and oxygen therapy
- Locating lost children
- Providing a link with police and other local agencies or services
- Lost and Found
- Safe walks to the parkade
- Providing a link with police and other local agencies or services
- Enforcement of mall rules on behalf of the property manager to ensure an enjoyable experience for all visitors
