  • Offer begins at 10:00 am PST on January 29, 2024, and ends at 5:59 pm PST on February 20, 2024, or while quantities last.
  • Limit one (1) lucky red envelop per customer.
  • Valid on in-person Bay Centre gift card sales only. Gift cards available to purchase at the Bay Centre’s Guest Services desk located on the lower level at 1150 Douglas Street in Victoria, BC during shopping centre hours. This offer is not valid on online purchases of Bay Centre gift cards.

  • Bay Centre Gift Card is subject to Terms and Conditions. A copy of the Terms and Conditions is on the card holder agreement accompanying the card. The Terms and Conditions include a maintenance fee. A nonrefundable $2.50 fee, plus applicable tax, will be deducted each month, starting 16 months after card activation date. If requested by Cardholder in month 15, the 16 months will be extended to 19 months.
